HP ProBook 450 G9 (674N0AV#UUG)

UPDATE: Vendor contacted me and I was able to activate the license by using a DOS command to retrieve the license code which was not on the box or in the paperwork that came with the laptop. I've upgraded my review to 4 stars. This computer was advertised as having Windows Pro 11. It is installed, but not licensed. So, I've ended up with a laptop that has no licensed Windows software. Tried to call the vendor. Number is wrong on the paperwork included with the computer. Used Google to get a valid phone number. No one answered and their voice mail is full.

The worst thing about this is the charger. It has a regular round port to plug a charger in, but instead of giving me that charger, they give me a USB-C charger, which takes up one of the ports. I wanted USB-C ports for other things and now, I'm stuck. Why does this thing even have a round port for a charger when the charger isn't made for it? I need the ports for other things and this is just ridiculous. And nothing in the ad suggested it would use up a USB C port or that it didn't come with the round-ended charger. Also, this is advertised as coming with Windows 11 Pro. It didn't. It came with Windows 10. I've setup a return and hope to get my money back.

So far so good! The laptop is a little bigger and a little heavier than the laptop I am replacing but set-up was very easy and all is working just fine at the moment.

This laptop is for professional. Being an engineer, this has all features. Win 11 Pro, i7 , 32 gb ram, Rj-45, type c connector for docs and charging. Monitor brightness is nice. Sound and cameras are nice. I like 15.6 inch better to view all in a one big monitor.
