Already have a dead battery. Purchased this in October of 2019 and one of the batteries is dead. Tried to fill out a contact form on Dewalts website for warranty and just gave me an error and refused to submit it. Drill worked great otherwise but just not worth it with a dead battery after one use.

I finally don't have to borrow my co-workers impact for hard to remove bolts, this gets the job done. It's a bit big, but nothing some extensions and universal joints can't fix.

This is a very solid piece of equipment. I haven't truly used it on anything to really test it as such but it weights a ton. Make sure you do your weighlifting curls before use. This will give you a work out. Might not have to use my air compressor impact wrench anymore with this thing working.

everything feels solid except for the forward and reverse switch. that switch always feels out off place and in the wrong position. it can turn direction with the lightest touch. i would of preferred a way more tough/solid switch. but other than that its a good impact wrench.

I love that I no longer need to lug a gen set if I want to use an impact. Easily changed all the wheels over from one 1/2 ton to another. That is removing 8 wheels, and installing 8 wheels with little noticeable battery drain.
