I got this for regular household maintenance. The power takes some getting used to and a steady hand. I have stripped too many screws to give it 5 stars. Its drilling power is excellent.

Bought this drill as a replacement for my rental property repairs. Absolutely love it!! Smooth gear turns and powers all size screws. Highly recommend!!

the chuck doesn't tighten enough .. frequently loses grip on the bit .. other than that it is fine

Retired my Black & Decker for this drill. Huge difference. Variable speed control is very smooth, drill has plenty of power and is easy on the ears.

This made my second one the other one still works I just gave it to my father. The primary use of the drill is to drive hardibackee screws for tile work. A++++
