My husband discovered this company whilst searching online for some equipment for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. He asked for advice in the chat about the best equipment to get. As it is for an upcoming birthday, we’ve not yet used the equipment but the quality looks great.

A good range of patches if you like distortion with nearly everything, but a very limited choice of clean sounds. Trying to make adjustments to patches is very complicated and have not succeeded with one yet. Like that there are 5 banks of patches, so you don't have to step through all 50 to get the patch you want. Have not yet tried to use the rhythms or looper. Have found that any of the "empty" patches can be a pass-thru for external effects pedals connected in series with patch cables.

As a hobby guitar player and an amature song writer this effects unit is ideal. Easy to use with several different functions, it was exactly what I was looking for. I don't gig so I can't comment on its usefulness in this setting, but for my needs it is absolutely ideal.

The presets and the effects are great, since purchasing this item it has enabled me to produce the sounds and affects that I was missing . well worth the buy. Would recommend the ZOOM G1 FOUR Multi-Effects Processor. bonus with drum & loop and so much more it does what it says on the tin and at a reasonable price too

No complaints with the device itself, it does what it says on the tin and the accompanying software is easy to use for tone shaping. Only limiting factor is the lack of additional pedals, all you can realistically do is shift up or down presets sometimes necessitating hitting the pedal two or three times in a hurry to get the tone you need and potentially going too far and getting the wrong preset. I would advise anyone buying this to have a think about what exactly you need from a modelling pedal and purchase accordingly.
