The quality of the pool, pipes and pump is good, and you need to use your common sense when installing it and MAINTAINING it. The pump should run for about 5 hours every day and you need to add some liquid chlorine (250-300ml) every day. You need to keep litter out of it, and teach your kids to not pee in it. The air ring is thin, so avoid sharp objects near it, including rings. If you see greening around the inside seam, give it a scrub and increase the chlorine dose for a few days. Clean the filter monthly by running your finger between each V under slow running water. It takes a while, so put your phone away, and focus on the job in hand.

I got this pool for the kids xmas, I set it up and fill it over night all is good until the end of the next day I come home and the white rim has melted from the sun! I emailed, and they asked for pictures so they can issue me a refund and it's been about 4 days with no reply.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have used that! I mean the instructions were useless and the pool doesn’t reached full potential coz it doesn’t stay up! Who the heck engineered this coz it was stupid! Don’t bother wasting your time!
