Le Hankook Ventus S1 evo3 K127B est un pneu été sportif axé sur la sécurité et le confort. Les tests et avis d’utilisateurs montrent qu’il excelle surtout sur route mouillée, avec de courtes distances de freinage et une bonne résistance à l’aquaplanage. À haute vitesse, la voiture reste stable et prévisible, ce qui rassure sur autoroute. The tyres are good, but not the best of the best. No complains apart from two episodes. One was sideways sliding at around 70 kmh in a corner if an autobahn ramp on dry road. That was unexpected. The second was a contact with a parking/sidewalk edging at parking speed, maybe 5 kmh. The tyre has something like a rim protector, which just tore during the contact and I have both a scratched rim and a piece of rubber sticking out of the tyre (I glued it back).
