Le Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 en 205/55 R16 94V XL est un pneu toutes saisons apprécié sur les compactes et berlines moyennes. Les tests et les avis soulignent ses bonnes performances sur route mouillée, avec un freinage efficace et une résistance correcte à l’aquaplaning, ainsi qu’une très bonne efficacité sur neige pour un pneu 4 saisons. Il offre donc une sensation de sécurité en hiver, même si l’adhérence sur glace et en conditions extrêmes reste inférieure à celle d’un pneu hiver dédié. En contrepartie, la tenue de route et la précision de direction sur sol sec, surtout par fortes chaleurs, ne rivalisent pas avec les meilleurs produits du segment, et les distances de freinage sur sec sont plus longues. Le confort et le niveau sonore sont jugés bons au départ, mais après plusieurs saisons de nombreux conducteurs mentionnent davantage de bruit et l’apparition de petites fissures dans la bande de roulement. La résistance au roulement est aussi plus élevée que celle des pneus toutes saisons les plus économes. Ce dimensionnement convient surtout aux conducteurs qui souhaitent un seul train de pneus pour toute l’année et privilégient la sécurité sous la pluie et la neige à la performance maximale sur le sec et à l’économie de carburant.

excellent silent and safe tire no grip problems both in dry and wet conditions, only a small criticism I have the impression that it tends to wear out quickly we will see, on the other hand in general with the 4 season compound that I know more of 30/35 thousand kilometers it is not possible to do, I hope to do at least another 15/20 thousand, however I will buy them back

It drives great. However, wear is very quick for 2 years. Now I have to replace it with new ones. Mainly front axle.

Good all-weather tire with good properties on dry and wet roads. Amazingly good properties in snow. Can recommend the tire.

Such an amazing tyre from Yokohama. Equally as good, if not better, than both Uniroyal and Yokohama winter tyres that I have used in the past. So much quieter too than winter tyres. Top rated traction on both snow and ice. I have passed taxi drivers and over enthusiastic prestige German car drivers trying to go up steep snow covered hills as the Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 just kept on going with confidence and tenacious grip. I would swear blind that my humble Skoda Octavia Combi was a 4 x 4 rather than FWD! I understand that this tyre is TUV Sud approved and I can totally as to understand why. Such good valve tyres so go and purchase some, you will not regret it!
