Le Yokohama BluEarth‑4S AW21 est un pneu toutes saisons destiné surtout aux conducteurs qui veulent rouler toute l’année avec un seul train de pneus. Dans les tests indépendants, il obtient en général des notes suffisantes à bonnes en sécurité, notamment grâce à son comportement fiable sur route mouillée et à sa résistance correcte à l’aquaplaning. Sur neige, il offre pour son segment un freinage et une traction honorables, adaptés à des hivers modérés. De nombreux utilisateurs jugent la tenue de route confortable et prévisible dans la conduite de tous les jours. En revanche, plusieurs rapports soulignent des faiblesses marquées sur asphalte sec, surtout par temps chaud: la direction est moins directe, le ressenti est plus flou et il faut corriger plus souvent. Les qualités dynamiques et les marges de sécurité lors de manœuvres d’évitement ne sont donc jugées que suffisantes. Il atteint rarement les meilleures valeurs de sa catégorie sur sol mouillé ou en conditions hivernales. L’usure et l’efficacité sont décrites comme moyennes, sans réel avantage de consommation. Ce pneu conviendra donc surtout à ceux qui privilégient la praticité et l’utilisation quatre saisons plutôt que la précision de conduite et l’adhérence maximale.

excellent silent and safe tire no grip problems both in dry and wet conditions, only a small criticism I have the impression that it tends to wear out quickly we will see, on the other hand in general with the 4 season compound that I know more of 30/35 thousand kilometers it is not possible to do, I hope to do at least another 15/20 thousand, however I will buy them back

It drives great. However, wear is very quick for 2 years. Now I have to replace it with new ones. Mainly front axle.

Good all-weather tire with good properties on dry and wet roads. Amazingly good properties in snow. Can recommend the tire.

Such an amazing tyre from Yokohama. Equally as good, if not better, than both Uniroyal and Yokohama winter tyres that I have used in the past. So much quieter too than winter tyres. Top rated traction on both snow and ice. I have passed taxi drivers and over enthusiastic prestige German car drivers trying to go up steep snow covered hills as the Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 just kept on going with confidence and tenacious grip. I would swear blind that my humble Skoda Octavia Combi was a 4 x 4 rather than FWD! I understand that this tyre is TUV Sud approved and I can totally as to understand why. Such good valve tyres so go and purchase some, you will not regret it!
