Le Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 225/40R18 est un pneu toutes saisons clairement orienté vers les conditions hivernales. Les tests et retours d’utilisateurs mettent souvent en avant ses bonnes performances sur neige et glace pour un pneu 4 saisons, avec un freinage correct et une traction exploitable. Sur sol mouillé, il obtient le plus souvent des notes allant de satisfaisant à bon, grâce à une sculpture qui évacue bien l’eau. Il constitue donc un choix pertinent pour les conducteurs en climat tempéré qui souhaitent rouler toute l’année avec un seul train de pneus. Les essais indépendants révèlent toutefois des faiblesses : sur route sèche et chaude, le comportement est en retrait, avec une direction moins précise et des limites atteintes plus tôt en conduite dynamique. Plusieurs utilisateurs mentionnent également un bruit de roulement notable. Les conducteurs recherchant une conduite très sportive en été ou une adhérence maximale sur sec auront intérêt à privilégier un pneu été dédié ou un modèle toutes saisons plus dynamique.

excellent silent and safe tire no grip problems both in dry and wet conditions, only a small criticism I have the impression that it tends to wear out quickly we will see, on the other hand in general with the 4 season compound that I know more of 30/35 thousand kilometers it is not possible to do, I hope to do at least another 15/20 thousand, however I will buy them back

It drives great. However, wear is very quick for 2 years. Now I have to replace it with new ones. Mainly front axle.

Good all-weather tire with good properties on dry and wet roads. Amazingly good properties in snow. Can recommend the tire.

Such an amazing tyre from Yokohama. Equally as good, if not better, than both Uniroyal and Yokohama winter tyres that I have used in the past. So much quieter too than winter tyres. Top rated traction on both snow and ice. I have passed taxi drivers and over enthusiastic prestige German car drivers trying to go up steep snow covered hills as the Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 just kept on going with confidence and tenacious grip. I would swear blind that my humble Skoda Octavia Combi was a 4 x 4 rather than FWD! I understand that this tyre is TUV Sud approved and I can totally as to understand why. Such good valve tyres so go and purchase some, you will not regret it!
