Le Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 en 235/55R17 103W XL est un vrai pneu toutes saisons pour ceux qui souhaitent rouler toute l’année avec un seul train. Il est souvent apprécié pour ses performances remarquables sur sol mouillé : freinage, motricité et sécurité face à l’aquaplaning font partie de ses points forts, ce qui est utile dans les régions pluvieuses. Il reste également sûr sur des routes légèrement enneigées, ce qui le rend adapté aux hivers modérés. Le confort de roulage est bon et le niveau sonore généralement bas, ce qui convient bien aux trajets quotidiens comme aux longs parcours. En contrepartie, il montre des limites claires. Par temps hivernal sévère et sur la glace, il ne peut rivaliser avec un véritable pneu hiver et n’est donc pas idéal pour les zones très froides ou montagneuses. Les tests indépendants signalent aussi que l’adhérence sur sol sec à haute température et la précision de direction ne sont que moyennes; la direction peut sembler un peu lente et peu précise en conduite dynamique. L’usure et la longévité attendue sont jugées correctes mais sans plus. Ce pneu conviendra surtout aux conducteurs qui privilégient la sécurité sous la pluie et la praticité à l’année plutôt que le grip maximal en été ou les performances extrêmes en neige profonde.

excellent silent and safe tire no grip problems both in dry and wet conditions, only a small criticism I have the impression that it tends to wear out quickly we will see, on the other hand in general with the 4 season compound that I know more of 30/35 thousand kilometers it is not possible to do, I hope to do at least another 15/20 thousand, however I will buy them back

It drives great. However, wear is very quick for 2 years. Now I have to replace it with new ones. Mainly front axle.

Good all-weather tire with good properties on dry and wet roads. Amazingly good properties in snow. Can recommend the tire.

Such an amazing tyre from Yokohama. Equally as good, if not better, than both Uniroyal and Yokohama winter tyres that I have used in the past. So much quieter too than winter tyres. Top rated traction on both snow and ice. I have passed taxi drivers and over enthusiastic prestige German car drivers trying to go up steep snow covered hills as the Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 just kept on going with confidence and tenacious grip. I would swear blind that my humble Skoda Octavia Combi was a 4 x 4 rather than FWD! I understand that this tyre is TUV Sud approved and I can totally as to understand why. Such good valve tyres so go and purchase some, you will not regret it!
