Schwalbe Pneu Marathon plus 28" Ville/Trekking, Route Tubeless Ready

This tyre is second to none for my long distance commuting. Lasted years and only one puncture in all the years before it became a slick.

Bought to replace vittoria dry 38mm that came with bike. Fitting was easier than the vittoria tyres. Both tyres are 38mm but the marathon are smaller when inflated to 70psi. This is better as now have more clearance from my mudguards. Two weeks of commuting wet and dry, the tyres cope well. Pleased with this purchase so far.

Great winter tyre. Easily mounts. Holds the damp roads well. Love the reflective sidewall.

Exactly as advertised. Appears good quality and well made.

Bought for a bike with bolt-on wheel, definitely don't want punctures on that one and these are pretty bombproof. Seem to have got a little easier to install on the rim in later models too.
