The ear cups were coming apart before I ever had them in hand. Also one of the speaker covers looks like it was taken to by a knife. In all I paid way too much for a pre-used poorly refurbished headset, when I thought I was buying a brand new one.

Once the 1 year warranty was up the right earphone broke off without any misuse. I do not recommend these headphones to anyone. Look elsewhere when deciding on a new headset.

Absolute POS, My Headset lasted about 8 months before the earpiece broke off from the headset, Duck tape works for now, plus I've already had to deal with their garbage customer service, with a mouse took a month. I'm Never going to buy anything from them again. I have the apex M800 Keyboard, the Siberia Elite Prism Headset, and the rival 700 mouse, the headset is ok, its duck taped because it's broken, the response time on the mouse is suppose to be 1 mil sec but its way slower than my logitech, which is back on my computer. they have nice lights, that's it, keyboard functions well but its all plastic construction, better off with Razor, logitech or Corsair. Better quality less money

Cela fait déjà un an que j'ai tester régulièrement le produit. J'ai acheter ce 200 euros et à l'heure d'aujourd'hui, il y a déjà les oreillettes qui ce décolle à l'intérieur du casque. Sinon niveau qualité de son ou confort du casque rien à dire.
