Roberts Revival RD70 Noir

I bought two of these little radios, one black and one blue, as bedside alarms. They are compact and, as with all Roberts products, they have a classic look to them. I have only awarded 4 stars because they are not very easy to programme and it takes a long time to change the alarm settings.

Great little radio, it looks good too. My only criticism would be the main tuning button; it contains a lot of functions that are difficult to read and select. The remaining buttons are simple to use. That poor tuning button is overworked! Overall I’m pleased with my purchase. The price was reasonable as the sound is great. I use this radio daily.

It's good but I'm really disappointed that the clock doesn't show unless it's plugged in. This was not explained before I bought it. Instead there are photos of it showing the clock in standby, which is why I bought it.

Easy to set up and use. Lovely sound and the alarm can be made loud (useful as I'm an owl, not a lark). Highly recommended. Oh, and it looks great too.

Design product. Practical. Battery lasts a long time and very clear sound. I highly recommend this item for personal use or to give to someone.
