Yamaha Amplificateur Hi-Fi A-S701 Noir

I bought this yamaha AS701 to replace my yamaha AS700 that I have been using for about 20yrs,I have always been very impressed with the quality of the natural sound of these amplifiers, and the excellent build quality of them.

This is a great deal for the money!I needed an amp with plenty of room for several components, like 2 CD players, a tuner and phono. My 4 HH Scott speakers never sounded better!

My 40 year old Onkyo finally decided to crackle in the pots so I needed a new amplifier and did a lot of research before taking the plunge on this Yamaha A-S701. The team at Richer Sounds Croydon (Dominic, Kieran) were super helpful and their expertise lead me to this amp because it offered a lot of connectivity options as well as a beautiful warm powerful sound output. It outclasses my old Onkyo by having a remote control and lots of modern connectivity options as well. Can thoroughly recommend this amp.

Excellent match with my KEF LS 50 Meta speakers. More spacious and articulate than my previous amp at all volumes. Played an album I've been listening to since 1968, heard everything I should, plus a few things I'd never picked up on before. Very happy.
