I used to have a Nilfisk when I lived in a Farm house and they were used in hospital where I taught Housekeeping - I am thrilled with it

First it took so long to get it ,then the hose and head were not in the box . If in had of known your service was so bad i would have gone else where ,we still have problems as the hose and fitting does not have a suction ajustment on it all the machines we have had in the past did.

The vacuum cleaner does not have a suction power regulator on the steel tube, although the manual indicates it should have one. This means the suction is often too strong. Have I received a faulty part?
