Canon CanoScan LiDE 400 - Scanner

I have been an Ldlc customer for a long time and I am still very satisfied with the on-time delivery and the packaging, which has even improved. As for the scanner, it works perfectly, and I hope it will be as reliable as the canonscan9500 I parted with. One note: since I am using Debian, I had to look for a Linux driver from Canon, but it exists and, once installed, the scanner works by launching Xsane. So no problems for now.

I like this scanner, it is light and compact, can easily be stored away when not in use and it is very easy tp connect to my computer, just plug it into a USB connection. very handy for occasional use.

This scanner is easy to use and very quick. It's also easy to store, because of the stand attachment. The scan quality is excellent.

Excellent scan quality, drivers easy to install ( retrieval from the Canon website ) but it is imperative to put weight on the lid ( which for some reason I can't explain is slightly domed ) during a scan in order not to have a blurry image, which is still rather doubtful.

Scanner with resolution that meets my expectations. Can be used on Debian, only with scangearmp2.
