Great piece of kit bought as doing up our house. Needed to remove numerous carpets, vinyl, underlay, cardboard etc. proved to be exceptionally helpful as using a Stanley knife would have been time consuming and stress on the wrist as having to score the carpet several times before it cut. I am happy to recommend this product

Good piece of kit, works well. Manual does claim thet the is a locking pin provided to aid the changing of the blade, however, there was not one with my unit.

thought this would be better than the Parkside (Lidl) one that I already had.... not very powerful at all and not worth the money. Very unusual for Makita.

No battery so extra cost should be included ! Very dissatisfied! It’s not the money it’s the fact that the saw can’t work without one so create a full selling / working package!
