Love these hair dryers. Light and powerful. And does the job more than enough. Brilliant. Can't beat parlour.

I found it a little hard to put on the 'first' time, as I was worried about snapping it. Once I realised I would not, it was easy.

Just got this item today and it's scratched, screw holes look to have been used to open it. I paid for a new hairdryer and this one seems to have been used or refurbished, such a crap
