Le Synology DS224+ est un NAS compact et silencieux avec un système puissant et de nombreuses applis, idéal pour PME et particuliers. Les deux ports LAN Gigabit permettent l’agrégation, mais le 2.5GbE manque. Les performances sont bonnes pour la sauvegarde, le streaming et le travail de bureau, mais l’amélioration CPU est minime par rapport aux anciens modèles Plus. Avec 2 disques et 6Go de RAM max, l’évolutivité est limitée. Pour une solution fiable et facile à utiliser avec un bon support logiciel, c’est un excellent choix, mais pour plus de vitesse ou d’extension, il faut chercher ailleurs.

Works great with Plex Server, great software and easy to load and work with. Has dual 1G Lan Ports, but no WIFI.

Upgraded from old Synology DS218play to improve Plex server. It was painless - just moved 2 hard drives and followed easy DSM directions. Plex server performance has noticeably improved.

I got so tired of my phone always being full to the point I had to delete pictures I really wanted. The photo app allows me to move them all off my phone and still access them when out. I also run a media server from it which is awesome. Moved all my videos and music to it now I can even run my iTunes from it
