I love the car seat and it’s very sturdy and looks good. My favourite thing about it is that you can rotate and recline the seat to lie down if the baby is sleeping

This product did not meet my expectations. The rear facing element does not work and I contacted yourself to explain this and asked for a refund but was asked to send video evidence of the item not working. Extremely disappointed and will not shop at mamas and papas again!
