Reoccurring monthly expense. You are buying a Ring Bell for which you have to pay monthly subscription. Imagine if someone starts charging you monthly for having a door bell at home.

We already had two battery powered Ring door bells so we’re familiar with the concept. This product is a newer version with better resolution and is mains powered. It also came with a plug in chime. Fitting was very straightforward as we had a spare socket near the installation site. The only issue was trying to connect the chime. It struggled to connect and then when changed socket managed to connect ok. Once connected I moved it back to original socket and it has been fine since. Good value and seems very reliable so far.

My second ring doorbell. Easy to install, gives a great picture and as my first was a rechargeable this is amazing. No more missing post because the battery ran out. Clear picture and great night vision
