Works perfectly for my home office setup. Work laptop is a Thinkpad X1 Extreme and personal laptop is Thinkpad E595 (coincidence that they are both Thinkpads). The work laptop is running Ubuntu 22.04 - and works faultlessly after I installed Synaptic display link drivers. The personal laptop is dual boot with Windows 10 working immediately without the need of any additional software. Running external monitors, laptop charging (via USB-c), connecting other USB devices all appear to work well. Happy to recommend.
