I buy last april 16 2017 now dead do not working, Bad product I want to return it possible. I hope they can replace it

Works as advertised. I have it installed in my hot attic and the unit has never overheated or shut down. It appears to be quite robust.

Set-up could not have been easier. I plugged in my ether-net cables and it worked. It gave me the extra connections that I wanted.
