switch is used had another password other than default and cant reset switch

Replaced a cheap 48 port with this and I'm so glad I did. Married up with the same but 24 port model and couldn't be happier. Makes IT easy...

Ubiquiti network switches and wireless hardware is an amazing value! They consistently deliver equipment that out specs competitors often for a fraction of the price! Fully featured Layer 3 managed switch with free management software and no licensing required is a no brainer!

Bought the switch in May 2016 for my home network. Switch got stuck in a boot loop with no possible solution to resolve the issue. Reached out to Ubiquity for help through their website explaining the issue. Received reply that warranty expired - and that was all I got. It's frustrating to spend nearly thousand Dollar to get this reply after having the switch for only 30 months. It was described as "Highly durable Product". The support is virtually non-existent. I do not recommend this product or the company.

We have deployed several of these switches. Can't beat the price for the features and performance.
