I purchased this mixer and within a year the common problem with the upfaders happened to me, after back and forth emails with pioneer support I took it to a “pioneer authorized” repair center only to wait for over 6months to get my mixer “fixed” now I’ve had the mixer back since April 2023 and now it’s October 2023 and THE SAME ISSUE CAME BACK !!!! DO NOT BUY THIS MIXER!!! My s9 has never needed to be serviced and I purchased this s7 because of the “added” features compared to the s9 but had been nothing but disappointment and regret !!!

Do your research. This mixer is built cheaply. The channel faders are problematic and are known to go in/out within less than a year. Also, it's almost impossible to replace. You have to take the entire mixer apart then have to use a soldering iron/solder to disconnect and change it out. A high quality mixer like the S9 and S11 has it so that the channel faders can be changed by taking 3 screws out. Do not buy this mixer. Do your research.

Would be 5 stars but: It's overpriced, 'cos Pioneer. The shift button should be where it is on the S9 and the S11. Still a weapon!

My name is DJ Philly flash Ron I will buy this product the djms7 it is very rare the quality sounds is amazing the buttons are where they should be this whole setup on the S7 is spectacular the quality sounds the features you name it it is the best mixer I've ever had so I would advise anybody to buy the djm at 7 Pioneer mixer.
