Product was in perfect condition, as advertised. Customer service was good. Only issue was that I didn't receive a proper invoice.

It's really good for the value but the cover made my tablet a lot heavier than when it was without it. If you don't mind the weight then it's worth the buy. I think I would buy the official Samsung Book Cover from Amazon again, it which under £10, it’s a lot lighter and better quality. Some people say it's a bit flimsy but as long you're not rough with it it's fine.
