Bought this for my hard of hearing father....no difference from regular phone.

Too many features. Manual poorly written. I would not recommend this phone. v

Very pleased. A little hard of hearing, and this phone seems to make a major difference! I like the substantial “feel” of the handset, and appreciate the jack for head phones. For me? A winner.

Good experience with ABT...shipping, billing, etc, went without a hitch. Would suggest purchaser spend a couple of days reading the operating instructions of the phone itself. There is a lot of information. Best to spend front end time versus spending time later trying to figure out why something didn't work. If you're hearing impaired, this is the phone for you.

The phone set is easy to use and most importantly the volume is loud and clear!
