The phone itself is beautiful however the battery is not original and it wasn't charging at all. I was very disappointed because this cause me so much inconvenience , I expected a better quality regardless it is refurbished or open box.

The iPhone 11 Pro Max was the best that Apple could cram into a smartphone in 2019 - the high-end screen, powerful speakers, upgraded processor all support the huge upgrades to the camera. However, this phone is really for the Apple fan or someone that really needs that extra lens or a touch more battery life - the iPhone 11 feels like it offers better value.

I rarely get a chance to see an Apple device as they do not seem interested in UK journalists. So it is nice when a telecoms company offer one for review. It looks very smart and while it uses much the same system to turn on you are met with a wall of permissions just to get to the Home screen.

Unlocked phone not actually unlocked I ordered an unlocked iphone 11 pro Max but it would not work with t-mobile SIM. Called customer care for 2 days and they recommended talking to Apple. had to run between t-mobile and apple store few times before apple figured out that the phone was not unlocked but it was locked
