Bought an unlocked phone from Amazon (sold by Amazon EU) - it broke down after a year. Got amazon to fix it and they changed everything on the phone - Motherboard, screen, processor Got it delivered and it is now locked to Three. It will work only with Three and I travel international alot which means I cant use any local sim. Very annoying and Amazon won't offer a channel through which I can contact Amazon for this mix up in repair centre. Very poor quality product and very surprised by disconnected service from Amazon.

Great and simple phone for the mother. A lot of customization options to make it as easy for her as possible to use. Pretty speedy, good camera and enough storage space. Feels like it’ll last a long time in her possession.
