When trying to activate the phone, I had to find out it was not unlocked as advertised. And I put a screen protector on it. Highly disappointed!

I had this phone a total of 44 days when the touchscreen stopped responding. Seller is refusing to replace what was allegedly a brand new phone. After initial contact with seller, they ignored me until I contacted them again asking how they planned to resolve the issue. They are selling faulty products and refusing replace them when they stop working 6 weeks after purchase. Their only offer was for me to send them the phone so they could "troubleshoot" the problem. NOPE. I'm not giving them the opportunity to rip me off even more! I'm editing my review to add that 5 months after purchasing this allegedly brand new phone, it is now completely useless. It has never been dropped, subjected to any hard hits, or been submerged in water. It literally became useless overnight. This seller is ripping people off!
