J'ai acheté un téléphone reconditionné Samsung S2 ultra après même pas une semaine j'ai remarqué que la batterie tenait pas la charge en plus impossible de recharger le téléphone j'ai ramené le téléphone ils m'ont annoncé deux semaines toujours pas de nouvelles impossible de les joindre par téléphone un peu déçu !!

Buyer Beware: I purchased a Samsung S22 Ultra that arrived with a defective SIM card reader (a known hardware failure for this model). Not only was the product faulty, but the return process has been a nightmare. Despite Canada Post confirming delivery of the return days ago—and Walmart employees confirming receipt—they are refusing to process my refund. They are currently holding both my money and the defective device. This is a massive waste of time and a total lack of accountability. Avoid this seller unless you want to spend weeks chasing a refund for a broken phone.

I have been working on returning the article since December 30. If I tell you that up until now Wireles is making me go around in circles without providing me with the return label, and Walmart seems to be powerless to force them to pay me back. I strongly advise you not to buy with this merchant.
