Philips Ambilight 32" PFS6900 (2025)

I bought it a week or so ago , the staff were helpful as always a Richer sounds and price excellent but i emphasised that I was not good at installing tech but was assured that was simple and didn’t need it installed: it wasn’t ; hours of frustration followed , of course nothing as simple as an instruction manual included , after getting some help from a younger relative I managed some live channels and streaming service but the remote remains incomprehensible, I can change channels and watch streaming services but on demand and other a mystery, online instructions non existent, am awaiting a more tech savvy nephew to return from uni this weekend to try to help
