Noctua's NT-H1 thermal paste is essential for anyone pushing their CPU to its limits. Nothing to spread it with. Comes out either barely at all or way to much. Most around this price point come with a tool to spread with. This doesn’t. The design of the thermal paste dispenser leaves a lot to be desired

Super easy to use not too thin not too thick , good product.

Haven't clean the cooling fan on my X230 for over 8 years. CPU temperature have approached 92C. After applied new paste, the CPU temperature registered 64C.

This has been my go to thermal paste, has always been a great product, easy to spread and apply with the syringe.
