It kept my CPU at 59 C when nothing was running. But as soon I something CPU-demanding started the temperatures would rise far beyond the safe point and Windows would bluescreen. I am going to donate this "cooler" to someone with a celeron-like CPU.

I bought a pair of these in 2015 to use with my 280 AIO. I have to say the performance is amazing and can recommend it. It provides a great amount of airflow by keeping it quiet. I have changed AIO and still use them on my new one as for today. Very good fans and still performing after 6 years.
