Bose Bass Module 700 Noir

I bought this fod My husband's 50th b'day gift. I purchased it in November 2025 and gifted my husband in March 2026. The bass has been giving out popping noise on few frequencies. I reached out to Bose customer service. They say as I bought it from Army Exchange, they won't take it back to exchange it. Exchange is saying send it to Bose company they gave me Assurion Contact number. Asurion says if its not a damage or accidental fall, they won't take the claim. They might repair it and we don't want repairs as its a manufacturer default and can come back again after fixing.

Super content de mon achat, j’avais un caisson modèle 500 , qui a malheureusement rendu l’âme …. J’ai donc acheté le modèle 700 , qui est couplé avec ma barre de son série 500 , super rendu au niveau des basses , je recommande .

Great product but a bit expensive and is a drop in replacement for my broken Acoustamass 300. Worked right out of the box, only minor problem is occasional dropping of bass enhancement during some programs which might be due to broadcast and/or Roku stick.

It's the best bass module ever .I didn't think it would be that great .

Ce caisson complète parfaitement ma barre de son 900 en donnant du relief dans les films de cinéma mais à l’écoute de musique en streaming. Avec l’application bose il est possible de régler le volume des basses.
