An excellent bit of kit with far more power than expected. App is great too. Richer Sounds team were superb, they price-matched the sub and even carried it out to my car.

Purchased a few weeks ago and as always I received fantastic service from my local RS store in Middlesbrough, Great bunch of very helpful staff and provided and delivered my weekend delivery with ease. Brilliant sub which is now making my walls rattle! Very happy.

I was previously using a Klipsch subwoofer for many years. If performed well, but I always felt something was missing. I decided to give SVS SB-2000 a try based on reviews I read and watched (on youtube); so glad I did. After using the SVS sub for a several weeks now, music and movies have really come to life. The bass is loud and more importantly to me, it is solid and tight; which was missing from my previous sub. In addition with the SVS. you can really feel the thump from the bass, it’s almost like a punch (I mean this in a good way). The mobile app is very helpful as when I need to make adjustments. My SVS is paired with Klipsch RP-6000 II, both compliment each other. The sub is a bit pricey, but well worth the money. I’m hoping to add a second one in the near future. Highly recommended!

Sound quality and build quality is excellent. My only criticism would be for the mobile app. It's sluggish to connect to Bluetooth, somewhat buggy, and could use a UI overhaul. The positive news is that you shouldn't have to play around with it too much once you get things dialed in the way you like them. Another minor annoyance is that setting the subs to wake up automatically upon detection of a signal isn't sensitive enough. I can turn the volume up very far and the subs will stay asleep. The way I've discovered to force them to turn on when they are sleeping (aside from turning them off and back on physically) is to attempt to connect to them through the mobile app. Apparently the incoming Bluetooth connection is also enough to wake them up.
