Le GoPro Volta est un accessoire apprécié des utilisateurs de HERO9, HERO10 et HERO11 car il prolonge fortement l’autonomie. En pratique, beaucoup obtiennent plus de cinq heures d’enregistrement 4K ou de très longs timelapses sans changer de batterie. Le Volta combine powerbank, poignée, télécommande sans fil et trépied pliable dans un produit compact, ce qui le rend très pratique en voyage et pour le vlogging. Les commandes sur la poignée sont souvent jugées confortables et intuitives. Il existe toutefois des limites claires : le Volta est seulement résistant aux intempéries et non vraiment étanche, donc moins adapté aux sports nautiques intenses. Son prix est aussi souvent considéré comme élevé et il fonctionne au mieux avec les HERO9 et modèles plus récents. La poignée est plus courte que beaucoup de perches selfie, ce qui réduit l’angle des selfies. Pour les acheteurs qui recherchent surtout une plus grande autonomie et du confort, la capacité supplémentaire et les fonctions intégrées compensent généralement ces inconvénients.

You are supposed to be able to use the wired USB-C cable to use the buttons to start/stop recording and switch modes on the GoPro, but this doesn't work. I also have not gotten the Bluetooth feature to work. This sucks given the price of the Volta stand, but the extra battery it gives the GoPro and the tripod makes it extremely useful for filming my DJ sets. Just wish the product worked like it is supposed to.

Always wanted a short tripod and a charger when out GoPro hit on size and battery life so you can be out all day and not worry about battery life
