Miele Blizzard CX1 Parquet PowerLine Bleu Tech

It lacks some of the finesse of other models as is quite large.... However, its a bagless miele and does not dissapoint. Great miele .... Xx

The on/off button on our Miele bagged cleaner was going. After 22 years of sucking up dog hair, building dust and whatever the 3 kids could throw at it (cereal, baby talc, icing sugar, hamster bedding etc etc) we were not going to go anywhere else tbh. That said, always liked the look of the bagless Dyson (miele bags are not cheap) but the machines never felt as robust. Very happy with this one so far. They are poweful machines, so you need to turn it down for carpet, but having hoovered a rug with the old machine first it still found more rubbish to pick up. Four stars because we've only had it a few days, and you don't get the soft brush for curtains and cobwebs :-(.

I'm very unimpressed with this machine so far. Compared to my previous bagged Miele, this is a very cumbersome machine. The pathways through the cyclone aren't big enough to cope with any larger items. So, if you pick up something like a tissue or, worse, a sock, the whole machine clogs! For just vacuuming carpets and floors, it's fine, but you need to be really careful to avoid anything big and I'm not entirely convinced the filters are doing a great job either as I've seen quite a bit of dust in the pathway to the motor and HEPA filter, meaning it must be getting past the cyclone and primary filter. I'll give it a few months, but I really couldn't recommend this machine, particularly at the price. Get yourself a Miele bagged vacuum instead. They're fantastic machines. This is really not up to Miele's usual standards. Very disappointed. Also, the retailer sent me this machine with a continental European plug, so I have had to fit a permanent adaptor plug.
