Had to send it back it wasn't sprinting water! which is very disappointing

Very pleased with the HydroSteam. We have a lot of tile in our new home and it was so dirty and now that we are using our new CrossWave HydroSteam we can really see a difference.

A bit heavy than I expected; though, strong enough to clean hard surfaces. Too strong for area rugs; it gets stuck every time.

I absolutely am so impressed with how clean the floor feels after using the steam vac! I had a whole floor that reeked after a pet peed all over. I was finally able to get the odor out with this vac and am very impressed by self cleaning function was clean as new afterwards. The drying & suction took going over twice but no complaints because floor needed it.

After receiving a working model, the first unit didn’t work, I have to admit I do like it. I’ve used it twice so far and I’m happy with the results. It does a nice job of cleaning the floor and it’s not overly involved cleaning the machine when finished. I would recommend for anyone with pets or messy children (or messy spouses).
