La Sony HT-S2000 est une barre de son compacte 3.1 avec Dolby Atmos et DTS:X, offrant un son spacieux pour les films et séries. Le haut-parleur central dédié assure des dialogues clairs et l'installation est simple. Cependant, il manque le wifi et AirPlay, et la personnalisation du son est limitée. Les basses sont peu profondes sans caisson supplémentaire. Pour des dialogues clairs et une utilisation facile, c'est un bon choix, mais pour des basses profondes ou un vrai surround, il existe de meilleures alternatives.

I purchased a soundbar from Richer sounds some eleven or so years ago and it has transformed the sound of my TV ever since however just recently there were signs that all was not well with the unit, so the time had come to seek a replacement. The Sony HT-S2000 was at the top of my shortlist as it was a close match to the specification of the soundbar it was to replace ie sufficiently compact to fit in front of my TV and two subwoofers built in so no need for a separate box. However the sound is somewhat better, the clarity of speech is excellent and the soundstage is immersive and for me the bass has sufficient weight. The remote control offers sufficient settings to tailor the sound for different broadcasts and there are only two connections to be made and you are up and running, plus extra speakers can be added if so desired. Highly recommended especially at the current price and the usual first class service from Richer sounds Hanley. Thank you.

The sound bar is great very easy setup, the sound is better than what I expected for the price, I have not got a sub woofer with this product and don’t need one the quality of the sound is very good.

Great soundbar, very easy to set up. Make sure you buy an optical cable if needed as there isn’t one in the box.

I am not an acoustic person. but this soundbar as rated highly and at the price would be great value. I find their is a blandness in the output, no crisp talking for example, everything seems to weld into a similar tone. I dont want to now but extra speakers or subwoofer. Ultimately i will probably get rid of it. The sony barvia TV speakers for crispness etc are way better and for surround sound deeper quality you need to buy something else that this soundbar
