Unit only charges to 73 percent after being plugged in for 2 days. Requested a return from QVC, still waiting for return shipping label. Called customer service 4 time to inquire about the labels and was told that they QVC contacted Ecoflow and it's in their hands and that I needed to wait for them to mail me the labels. I'm not happy with how QVC let's their suppliers dictate how returns are handled.

I am setting up his Power Station for my RV. It works like a champ and even runs my rooftop AC. I am planning to add two extra batteries for longer lasting usage when the AC or Electric heater is running.

We had what is called a cyclone bomb storm here on the West coast, just 2 days after receiving our generator. We were overjoyed to have it during this storm. We charged our generator in preparation for the storm. When the power went out, my husband connected both refrigerators, a couple of lamps, and the tv. Just 15 minutes later, we continued to watch a movie and had some ice cream, as the storm raged on. The generator did not make any noise at all, and of course there are no gas fumes. It was an incredible experience. We will be buying panels and the extra battery next. QVC does an incredible job with packaging. Our generator was in perfect condition when we opened it. Delivery was seamless. All I can say is no one will regret buying this before a storm or any other situation that causes a power outage. It’s worth every penny!
