I returned my memory card as it was broken and I was advised that a replacement card had been approved and would be issued to me. I completed all the required details and despite reminders to the customer service team nothing has been forthcoming. It has been over two weeks and nothing and al I can say is that I am extremely disappointed in the level of service despite their assurances that a replacement card will be issued.
