Bosch GIN81VEE0

This new freezer is overall better than the old one which was not frost free. Been in use for a month now and already the plastic hinge of the 2nd shelf has been snapped off due to accidentally closing door with shelf flap still down. Replacing the hinge would be another accident waiting to happen so we purchased a spare part compartment drawer (11013702) after checking with Bosch tech dept. and fit the shelf flap (undamaged ) onto it. Now we have a much more sensible drawer at the 2nd shelf level and only the top shelf now has a flap (which we will try very hard not to break).

Excellent product. Great space and quiet. Only tricky part is installing doors. Easier with two people.

Looks solid enough, works as required. easy to install, although the generic fitting instructions were a bit messy to navigate. A dedicated set of instructions would be easier to follow
