The best thing about a product like this is it's ease of use. You plug it in, it's formatted and ready to go with no setup required by the user. For more advanced users it's incredibly easy to use requiring virtually no setup.

Bought it for my PS5 - games stored on the drive play just as fast as the internal SSD. That's a true feat if you know about the PS5's vaunted internal SSD. Luckily, I got it on sale for $350.

This SSD works great on my PS5. Run PS4 games on the drive and they run fine. So feel confident to use on a PS5 and probably fine for other consoles or even a PC.

I bought this to add external storage to my PS5 and with the updates that allow you to play PS4 games from the external drive it is perfect. I don’t notice any latency difference when playing a game off this drive vs the internal drive, it has great storage capacity and is super quick if you need to copy a game back over to internal storage. I’m very happy with this drive and would recommend it if your looking to add storage to your PS5.
