Philips 3000 Series Dual Basket NA352/00 + Set de Cuisson Double Niveau

Very pleased with this purchase which I bought from Noel Leeming. Sturdily built and easy to use. Works well for a couple.

This air fryer takes much longer to cook than the smaller ones….and I can’t work out why. Philips Customer service representative was exceptionally rude & unhelpful. Seems to me that the same item cooked at 200° should take same time to cook in all air fryers. I have had a smaller Philips air fryer as well as a Smith & Nobel & no discrepancies in time to cook. Very disappointed with this appliance- looks good but performs poorly.

Absolutely love it. I had a single drawer Philips Air Fryer years ago and picked it even then that a second drawer would be perfect. The sync timer is brilliant and works to a t. The drawers go into the dishwasher. No hot or cold spots - just even cooking throughout. If I had anything to say about it, it would be that Philips just does not do the accessories well. So far there is nothing for this model. You could do bread and cakes in the baking accessories I had for the single drawer & wish that was available for this one. If Philips is listening …..
