It's not intuitive to set up initially, resulting in several metres of wasted tape. Instructions assume you've already done the initial set up or are familiar with how it operates. Am not able to print black lettering on clear tape. Prints clear on black and none of the suggestions to reverse this work.

Great for out of office work. To be able to label everything at the clients premises just using your laptop. This is a real time saver and the clients know what each component is instantly. Very useful for telephone support after their purchase.

I love the compact built, the ease of use, and in particular heat transfer labels which you can stick on your clothes and other fabrics.

I like the label maker very much, but the labels are expensive and hard to find, and the auto-wake does not work so I have to remember to turn it on each time I use it if it has sat a short time.
