On start up I have had an error message on several occasions which has cleared on a restart. The paper tray for printed documents is not deep enough compared with the HP printer that I have just retired Overall OK but not brilliant.

I bought this printer via HP sales department. Very helpful assistant and assisted to select this fantastic printer. Also helped me to instal it too. The printer is very efficient and very good value for money. Easy to use with HP Smart app.

This printer is really good for office use. Unfortunately you will be throwing away carriages which contain quite a load of ink as the printer simply refuse to operate as soon as it decides the cartridge is not full enough.

After just one year, there was a software update which didn't take to the printer. I contacted HP and had to take a photo of the printer head and send it to them. They promised me that they would replace the printer, as it was a fault that could not be corrected. Up until then, I had no problems with the printer I read on a google blog, that many other buyers purchased the same model and had to dispose of it as no one could get through the error message. I had the printer for a week after a year was up and am really disappointed with HP, especially as they have not bothered with a response In the end, HP sent me a replacement printer head, but it was not that that was the problem. It was the new software, firmware update that caused the error
