Lovely machine. For me the only problem was it didn’t have spin only. Think that’s a backward step to the Miele I previously had

Great machine, which was purchased as a replacement. The original lasted over 10 years, lets hope the new is as reliable, which at present it appears to be so.

Good Points: Great washer dryer. Washes clothes much better than my previous machine. There are lots of features so important to research the functionality so that you can maximise the experience. I have found the machine to be very efficient and have seen electricity usage reduce. I am particularly impressed with the drying of clothes which creates minimal fluff. Overall a great purchase. Improvement Points: Whilst the app is a great feature, I faced a number of issues connecting the machine to my phone. Once fixed, it will make the experience even better
