If you are a lover of ancient egypt this set is highly recommended. I would agree with other reviews that the building process can be repetitive and if you are newer to building it will take you a bit...so patience and pace yourself.

I had to go to Lego for replacement parts on 3 separate occasions with this set. It took 6 weeks longer than it should have to complete the set due to having to stop, order replacements for the missing parts, start again, find out I was missing more parts, and the cycle continued. I was so excited for this set. Egypt is something I love and I was enamoured with the little details in this like the fact that the satelitte pyramids and valley temple were included as part of the build. That rapidly soured as I just became frustrated that I couldn't get the enjoyment I was hoping for out of this set.

Had tons of fun, it was bittersweet to finish it off. With there were more Egyptian themed sets.

This is a really fun Pyramid of Giza build for any fan! Enjoyed the entire build as well. It would be cool if Lego would have a backside of the pyramid Set to build, or other historical statues from Egypt.
