We bought this for my daughter for Christmas, and she spent about 17 hours trying to put it together before it ended in a full-on meltdown of frustration. I assumed she was just overwhelmed, so I decided to give it a try myself. Turns out… she was absolutely justified. The build itself wasn’t even that hard, but the moment I gently lifted the main tower after finishing, it literally started falling apart. Total shambles. At that point, I completely understood her frustration — because same. Not worth the money, the experience, or the stress. If I could return it, I would.

This was a brilliant activity that my daughter thoroughly enjoyed doing during the holidays. It took a few sessions as there are many elements to it, but because it's broken down into sections, it made it really easy to pick up and leave at various times. My daughter completed some parts on her own, but others required some help which I joined in on. It made for a really fun mother/daughter activity, to which I'd reccomend for any mum looking for an activity to do together with their child. We would definitely recommend this to any LEGO/wicked fans. The attention to detail was incredible, and my daughter especially loved the secret qr code which is added to the set up, it brought the magic of this set to real life. The only down side would be there was a piece missing (blue arch) on the coffee table style set up.
